Hello, I’m Suzy

I’ve been where you are.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31, the star pupil turned anxious data analyst, trying to love everyone around me at my own expense and heading towards burnout.

I could cook for the whole week and pound the treadmill on good days and struggle to get into the shower on bad ones… always with stuff squashed into drawers, dishes piling up and feeling constantly overwhelmed.

That’s why I developed the ‘Gentle Decluttering Method’, drawing on 6+ years of helping wonderful, clutter-stressed people to lift their heads, clear space, and claim back belief in themselves that they can do hard things… starting at home.

I’ve helped people in Dublin, Ireland and beyond, to breathe and make decisions about their stuff with my psychology-based techniques and offering researched advice on the most eco-friendly way to dispose of every thing we encounter.

What a session looks like:

  • We start with a sit down: tell me about the frustrations with your space

  • Take inventory: list 5-10 most pressing areas you want to declutter and organise.

  • We re-order the list by priority and pick our starting point.

  • We start decluttering: we stay focused one the first area, sorting, cleaning and deciding what to keep.

  • I set up functional storage systems: with boxes, labels and advice on how to keep organised routinely.

  • I offer advice: on donating and disposing of things in the most eco-friendly ways.

  • Personalised report: After each session, you will have access to a digital report with your

Q: What makes you a good fit for me?

My approach is a gentle one, aiming to create a safe and fun environment for you to declutter. I am neurodivergent-friendly and will always go at your pace. All decisions on what to keep and let go of are up to you. I am also fully insured.

Q: Do you take away the stuff afterwards?

I am not licensed for removal of your belongings or any waste so I will not take it away. I can connect you with reliable free and paid services.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 48 hours before a session (unless there are unavoidable circumstances) otherwise you will incur a late fee.

Q: How do I pay you?

After your first session I will email you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer (preferred) or with a card. I cannot accept cash at this time. If you prefer, you can pay me as-you-go after each session. All prices are inclusive of 23% VAT.

Q: Can you help a family member of mine?

I would be delighted to as long as they are fully on board. Perhaps we could have a phone call first to put them at ease.

Q: When can you come over?

I usually work during weekdays between the hours of 10-5pm, however if required I can make arrangements to do sessions during weekends or evenings. Get in touch to find my next available dates.

Q: Do you need me to send any photos beforehand?

That isn’t strictly necessary as we do a short assessment at the start of our first session. A quick description of your situation is enough for booking unless you want a custom package quote.

Q: Do you travel to homes outside of Dublin?

I do take clients beyond Dublin, however depending on the distance I may need to include transport and accommodation costs in your quote. Alternatively, all packages are can be conducted on Zoom to declutter together remotely.

Q: How long does package last for?

Packages do not expire, but I would recommend you keep momentum going and don’t leave a long time between sessions.
